- Chairman's Club Membership (50 memberships)
November 1:
- First Mandatory Per Capita Membership due to Council (additional memberships)
November 15:
- Federal Tax Returns due to IRS for Jul 1 - Jun 30, 2011 - all units are required to file either 990 - 990ez
- California State Tax Returns if applicable to your unit
- RRF-1 Registration Renewal Fee Report if applicable to your unit
- SI-100 Statement by Domestic Non Profit Corporation if applicable to your unit
December 15:
- General Liability Insurance Premium due to Council
January 15:
- Workers Compensation Insurance Annual Payroll Report (Final)
- Second Mandatory Membership Remittance (Additional memberships)
February 28:
- July 1 - December 31 2011 mid-year audit due to Council
- IRS Form 1099-MISC for each Independent Contractor
March 1:
- Founders Day Free Will offering due to Council
- Final per capita Membership Dues due to Council
