Year end 09-10 Financial reports due to Council
Association Approved 2010-11 Budget due to Council
Early Bird Membership due to Council - 15 minimum
October 15
Chairman's Club Membership due to Council - 50 memberships including Early Bird
November 1:
First Mandatory Per Capita Membership due to Council
November 15:
Tax Returns due to IRS for 2009-10 - all units are required to file either 990 - 990ez
December 15:
General Liability Insurance Premium due to Council
January 1:
Workers Compensation Insurance Form and Surcharge (if applicable) Both the form and any applicable surcharge are due to council January 1.
February 28:
July 1 - December 31 2010 mid-year audit due to Council
March 1:
Founders Day Free Will offering due to Council
Final per capita Membership Dues due to Council
